Meet the Founder
Jose Alvarez, founder of Rex & Co., is a cybersecurity professional with 10+ years of experience in IT and over 15 industry-recognized certifications, including credentials from CompTIA, ISC², Microsoft and ITIL. He is also completing a Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance, equipping him with both technical expertise and a strategic outlook.
With a background spanning IT operations, risk management, and information assurance, Jose created Rex & Co. with one goal in mind: to provide security that’s not just reactive — but proactive, human, and built with purpose.
